Our  aim is to promote and advance the game of Gateball throughout Australia.

 Provide an umbrella organisation solely dedicated to the promotion and advancement of Gateball throughout Australia. 

Provide and maintain the best possible standard of playing facilities in accordance with the rules of the game.

Promote and encourage good fellowship among members and sports clubs.

  Conduct tournaments. 

If you are keen to learn Gateball, then the Australian Gateball Union (AGU) are here to help you and/or your sports club.  We can lend you the equipment to learn, we can coach and instruct you on how to play and improve your game.  

We encourage people to continue learning and to play in competitions.

We will work with you to make sure your experience is always great. 

We are all about increasing the awareness of the sport GATEBALL. We help to foster, coach and instruct in the game of Gateball in all aspects to new and existing players.  We encourage tournaments and help bring communities together in a fun and healthy environment for exercise of mind and body.

  AGU are here to promote and enhance the game of Gateball in all local communities. 

 We wish to combine the activities and facilities provided by the association for the benefit of Gateball playing members. 

We make Gateball membership fees and nominations fees as economical as possible.

We wish to make the Gateball experience one of fun and inclusivity.  To be family orientated.
